We here at Twin City Electrical have kept the customer's needs in mind when creating maintenance programs for your generator. We have several different maintenance programs and we are sure that one of the programs below will fit your needs. You can contact our office about prices and scheduling at (716)693-1118.

COMPLETE CARE MAINTENANCE PLAN

Our Complete Care Maintenance Plan allows you full maintenance of your generator, with the added comfort of knowing that a factory trained technician will be maintaining your generator. The plan includes the following:

  • Twelve (12) Pre-scheduled monthly service calls to check fluid levels, top off all fluids, Check for proper operation of power transfer and visual check of all diagnostic lights.
  • On the six and twelve month calls in addition to the above we will perform a complete maintenance including oil change with filter.
  • On the twelve month call we will perform a complete tune up of the generator to factory specifications, Verify proper power transfer and perform oil change with oil and air filter replacement
All pre-scheduled monthly maintenance visits will be scheduled during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM till 4:00PM.

FULL CARE MAINTENANCE PLAN

Our Full Care Maintenance Plan allows you quarterly maintenance of your generator.

The plan includes the following:

  • Four (4) scheduled maintenance service calls per year scheduled every three months. At these maintenance calls we will check for proper operation of your generator along with toping off all fluids.
  • On the six and twelve month calls in addition to the above we will perform a complete maintenance including oil change with filter.
  • On the twelve month call we will perform a complete tune up of the generator to factory specifications, Verify proper power transfer and perform oil change with oil and air filter replacement
All pre-scheduled monthly maintenance visits will be scheduled during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM till 4:00PM.
  • The following is the customer's responsibility between maintenance calls:
    • Maintain proper oil levels in generator between service calls.
    • Confirmation that the weekly exerciser run time was performed on your generator. The exerciser time was set at installation of the generator. The changing of the exerciser time is a customer responsibility. As a courtesy Twin City Electrical, Inc. will change the exercise time one time free of charge to the customer to a time within our normal hours of operation.
    • Weekly Visual check of all diagnostic lights on the generator
    • Inform Twin City Electrical of any operation problems so we may schedule a service call

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN

Our Annual Maintenance Plan allows you a once a year service for your generator. This call is done at the one year anniversary of installation of your generator. The plan includes the following:

    • One scheduled maintenance service call at your one year anniversary of installation of your generator at which time we will perform a complete maintenance service of the generator including oil change with oil and air filter replacement, a complete tune up of the generator to factory specifications and verify proper power transfer.

All pre-scheduled monthly maintenance visits will be scheduled during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM till 4:00PM.

The following is the customer's responsibility between maintenance calls:

    • Maintain proper oil levels in generator between service calls.
    • Confirmation that the weekly exerciser run time was performed on your generator. The exerciser time was set at installation of the generator. TOP OFF VISIT

Our top off visit is a fluid check and top off by a trained technician. The plan includes the following:

    • Top off of all fluids and visual check of all diagnostic lights on the generator. Technician will inform you of any visual problems he sees with your generator and will report this back to the office. You can choose at this time to schedule a service call (for an additional service call charge applies when the warranty period has expired)

All pre-scheduled monthly maintenance visits will be scheduled during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM till 4:00PM.

OIL CHANGE

Your oil change is preformed by trained technician using synthetic oil and manufacturer's recommended filter. The plan includes the following:

    • Oil change and top off of all fluids with a visual check of all diagnostic lights on the generator. Technician will inform you of any visual problems he sees with your generator and will report this back to the office. You can choose at this time to schedule a service call (for an additional service call charge applies when the warranty period has expired)

All pre-scheduled monthly maintenance visits will be scheduled during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM till 4:00PM.
